Benefits of using honey

Good morning beautiful humans, happy Wednesday! I hope your week is going well thus far, we’re halfway there. Welcome to Life with Lane, come on in.

Today I want to talk to you guys briefly about honey, pure honey that is. Although I am absolutely not a fan of honey, it’s very good for you. I do believe my sister Tasha gives my niece and nephew a spoonful of it everyday.

I recently started taking a spoonful myself. I found out the things it helps with and I was like okay honey! I suffer from occasional headaches, fatigue, and I’m anemic. It helps with all of these things!

So, since I found out about it, I wanted to share this information with you guys. In addition to honey being good for us humans, I also give some to my pup. He has this cough sometimes and I give him honey and it really seems to help!
