How to treat a Sinus Infection!

Hi there beautiful humans, happy Wednesday. Or not so happy Wednesday if you’re like me and have awful sinus problems. Regardless, welcome to Life with Lane! Come on in.

Today I just wanted to share with you a remedy than I found for sinus infections with my favorite apple cider vinegar on Pinterest. I believe since I was a teenager I’ve been suffering from horrible sinus infections. I get them several times a year and sometimes the only thing that helps me is antibiotics.

However, as I said before, since I’ve gotten older I try to use natural remedies or things I have at the house and not take pills. I saw this remedy and I thought I would share it!
