Hello Almost Fall

Since I was a little girl, Fall has always been my favorite time of the year. It’s not to cold, not too hot, the weather is always just perfect. I’m from Alabama in a small town called Bromley, Alabama and when Fall starts there’s usually carnivals and town Fairs. I say this with a bright smile on my face; those are 2 of my favorite things. So, when Fall comes it reminds me of carnival and Fair time. I love fair and carnival food.

I now live in Orlando and we don’t really get the 4 seasons here. But when Fall starts we don’t have the 100 degree weather anymore. The temperature is only 90 degrees now and believe me those that 10 degree difference means a lot, lol!  We don’t have the fair in Orlando during the fall time but it means it’s time for the food and wine festival,  pumpkin patches, Halloween Horror Nights at universal studios, Howl-o-scream at Busch Gardens, and earth tone fashions. I kind of love almost all colors but I really love maroon, gold, brown, dark tanned, and I love wearing like a burnt Orange rust color. Those are all the beautiful colors that you see during fall and I absolutely love it.

Besides all the beautiful colors that you see associated with Fall and me loving carnival/fair food I absolutely love Halloween. I’ve always been a person that likes to dress up in costume. Any reason for me to be able to wear a costume; I am on board. As a matter of fact I dress up several times during the year just to take pictures of myself in a costume.

I honestly pick out my costume months before Halloween because I get very excited about it. I don’t know if I really love Halloween or I just love the thought of dressing up and pretending to be somebody else and it’s OK. I love who I am but putting on a pirate, bumblebee, ladybug, boxer, or princess costume and pretending to be that person for one day is quite awesome. No, I just love Halloween!

Who am I kidding is there anything cuter than a child coming and knocking on your door with a pirate, ninja, or warrior princess costume looking adorable and you giving them candy. I love to see little kids in costumes. I also have an excuse to watch the Michael Jackson Thriller video several times a day. Although, you don’t really need an excuse to watch excellence!

Fall is a representation of almost everything that I love! Food, beautiful colors, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and my Birthday! How can I not love it? God even had me born in the Fall! I look forward to everything each day Fall has to bring. Whether its the change of colors on the trees or the pumpkin patch opening down the street or the early viewing of Halloween Horror Night spook houses! Hello Fall
