My body, my choice has always been my thing! As in my humble opinion, should be everyone’s things, lol! No one should ever have control over your decisions for your body. Pretty simple, right? As it turns out, it’s not………
I’m a woman that is over 40 and my body is doing things that I didn’t choose. I would never choose these things especially now that I’m going through them. What exactly am I talking about? Let’s see, sweating like a horse 🐎after a triple crown race every single night. I mean it’s every single night and it’s horrible 😩.
This is coming from a woman that is anemic. Imagine freezing most of the time and it’s like 90 degrees outside 😳 Then when you go to bed, thinking you’re cold, you sweat the entire night.
Im sorry, I didn’t ask for this. I’m a very active person. I’m constantly on the move. I stretch, work out, drink water, eat the food with the iron, protein, and I take vitamins. Why is this happening to me? Why you say, it’s comes with being a woman! I didn’t ask for this…..
Oh wait, what, not only am I anemic, apparently I’m going through the first stage of menopause already. So, you can be double miserable. Like I can’t make this shit up 🤣. I was actually thinking I might be dying. Im not joking, why didn’t anyone warn me? Maybe they did and i wasn’t paying attention. We need to talk about this more. I am not prepared 😢
