Hi friends, its Tuesday, you know what that means, Transformation blog. Well, usually that’s the case but not today, lol! June us Migraine Awareness Month. Yes, the month is almost over and I’m just writing about it 🤷🏾♀️🤦🏽♀️. They say better late than never. How did I miss this and I’m a migraine sufferer 😭.


I’ve been dealing/suffering with migraines since I was a teenager. I have to say its,it’s, worst pain I’ve ever has in my life. Luckily they’re not as bad as they use to be. When I was in my 20’s my migraines were so bad I wanted to die 😪. It’s was one of the worse times of my life. Thank God I don’t deal with that much now.

At the time my doctor prescribed me medicine that people take with high blood pressure. I mixed that with natural remedies and I stopped having migraines all the time. It was like a miracle. I highly suggest trying natural remedies but there’s nothing wrong with taking prescription medicine. If you’ve ever had migraine, you know how horrible the pain in. Prescription medication takes them away almost immediately.
