Good morning beautiful humans, happy Thursday! Thank you for spending part of your morning with me or evening depending on where you live in this great big world! Welcome to Life with Lane; my life through, words, pictures, and food! Come on in…….

Well, it’s that time of the year, flu season 🤧! It’s not a fun time at all. I’d rather skip it but it happens to come during my favorite time of the year 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. Flu season is here my friends and it’ll be here for awhile. So, prepare yourself as much as you can!

I actually had the flu already so I guess I’m in the clear now. I got it basically as soon as the season started. How lucky was I? I have to say it was pretty terrible 😕. It didn’t feel like it did last year when I had it. It made me feel a way I can’t describe. I’m glad it’s over. I never want to feel that way again.

I don’t want anyone to get sick like I did. So I attached all these wonderful Pins I found on Pinterest. Of course I’m not a doctor or nurse. I’m just trying to be helpful. Be well my friends and take care of yourself. Thanks for reading my blog! Like, comment, subscribe! Follow me on Instagram @lifewithlane14

Aw flu is the worst ! But your drink guide is great ! I love chai and chamomile teas , they’re so good for opening up sinuses and also soothing to the stomach . Hope you get better soon.
