Well friends, you all know by now that I love to eat, lol! Eating good food is like my favorite thing. I probably should be 300 pounds but thank God I have fast metabolism like a 14 year old boy. I thought it would have slowed down by now and for a little while it do. Somehow it’s back to how it use to be but better. Don’t hate me, lol!
Since I’m getting older I realized I should eat healthier. I’m not saying I eat unhealthy but I don’t watch my carbs or really look at ingredients to much. I want to change that and I want to take you along on my journey to eat healthier and exercise more.
So, I’m going to share healthy recipes I get from Pinterest with you and share my exercise routine with you guys. I seem pretty fit on the outside but I’m not sure how the inside is. I know I need to do better!
This week I’m going to try chicken and asparagus recipes. My best friend is actually going to cook it for me, she doesn’t know it yet though, lol! I’m going to video it and put it on my YouTube channel for you guys.

This will be my abs routine for the next 2 weeks. I’ll take a before and after picture for you guys. Yes, I know my stomach is already flat but I don’t have a 6 pack…….yet! Let’s go
