Family Ties

Good morning beautiful humans, Happy Tuesday! It’s my birthday week. I’ll be 39 in 4 days. So, this week I’m going to share with you my favorite things from my 38th year on this planet. Welcome to Life with Lane, come on in!

This year I’ve spent alot of time with my family. Usually I only go home for Thanksgiving. This year I’ve visited and spent time with my family on 3 separate occasions. It’s been such a blessing. My sister and I went home for 4th of July.

My family came here to Orlando a little over two weeks after we went home for the 4th. We visited the theme parks and had a blast.  My Mother usually doesn’t go to the parks but this year she did. It was so much fun.

I was able to go home 2 weeks ago for my Mother’s 65th birthday. That was absolutely amazing. I’ve lived here in Florida for 20 years and this was the first time I’ve went home for her birthday. It was just so special!

Family has always been everything to me. Being able to spend so much time with them this year has made my heart smile so bright. I get to go back home for Thanksgiving. Yes, year 38 has been good to me! Thank you God!

Only sad thing is losing my sweet Dusty. My family has been very supportive for me and they loved him too! Although I lost him, atleast I had him for a small part of my 38th year. That, I can be happy about!
