Reasons I Smiled this week, 11th Edition!

Good morning beautiful humans, happy Saturday! How was your week? I hope it was filled with love, family, friends, and productivity. Welcome to reasons I smiled this week, 11th edition.

The picture above is probably one of my favorite pictures I’ve ever taken with my friends. The reason I say this is because we all look so happy and beautiful. I personally think we look like an ad for something, lol!

I was at a wine and cheese festival at the LakeRidge winery in Clermont. Although we had to run out of the rain a few times the day was almost perfect. It wasn’t too hot, the wind was blowing, the Sun was shining, and it was such a beautiful day! We did a wine tasting and cheese was included. There was live music, which I just love by the way. There was food vendors and we all know I love to eat. I smiled the entire day!

When your best friend has twins, a baby on the way, a husband, and a full-time job; it can be hard to get together. So, when we do it’s always a treat. As you can see from the picture above, I was all smiles, lol! As you can see the restaurant went all out for us. Thanks to my little sister Danielle. The food was absolutely delicious but the company was the best part. Life is better with friends. I thank God for her.

I’ve loved Jennifer Lopez for so many years. So, when I heard about the movie Hustlers I couldn’t wait to see it. The movie didn’t disappoint. She did such an amazing job. I’ve always enjoyed her more as an actor than a singer. The music in the movie is awesome. I have to get the soundtrack. This might be my favorite new Jennifer Lopez movie. I do love Monster-n-Law and Maid in Manhattan. Oh, and I can’t forget The Boy Next Door!

I’m a huge fan of Audrey Hepburn. I saw some pictures of her on Pinterest that I’ve never seen before. She was such a stunning woman. She was stunning young and old. The great thing about this lovely woman was she had an amazing heart. She was just as giving as she was stunning. I hope people always remember that. It’s nice to be beautiful but to be remembered as being kind, giving, and a humanitarian is even better!

Wednesday was an emotional day for me because it was the 18th. It marked a 7 month anniversary of Dusty passing away. I cried maybe 2 or 3 times that morning. Later in the day my sister sent me a picture of the pup that you see above. She was leaving Subway and she saw that pup. She asked the owner could she take a picture and he said yes. So, she sent it to me. It made my day. She had no idea Wednesday was the 7th month anniversary. The pup looked so much like Dusty I couldn’t help but smile.

Over the years my number of friends has been dwindling down. It can be very sad. So, making a new friend is always a reason to smile. She’s younger than me by like 10 years so she keeps me on my toes, lol!

We live in a big world and you have to learn to enjoy the little things. I was doing my morning walk and it was just so beautiful I had to take a picture. Life can be so beautiful. God is so good. We always have to remember that.
