My Favorite Soundtracks of All-Time

Today friends I’m going to talk to you about my favorite soundtracks. My Favorite soundtrack of all-time Footloose! In edition to this being one of my favorite movies, my love for Kevin Bacon, the soundtrack is even better than the movie! Sadly the soundtrack only has nine tracks but every single one of the songs is AMAZING! I’ve seen this movie so many times and listened to the soundtrack just as many times! Anytime I watched the movie when I was home, my awesome Momma would come in during the end of the movie. She liked to see the boy doing the robot dancing at the Prom, lol!

A very close second is the Flashdance soundtrack. I don’t remember the first time I saw this movie but I thought it was interesting. I don’t think the movie is that great but the soundtrack is the bomb. This is definitely one of those movies were the soundtrack is better than the movie.

Next, is the wonderful Top Gun soundtrack. I think I just like Kenny Loggins songs, lol! I can’t thing of a movie where the soundtrack flows with the movie. Plus, Top Gun is such a great movie and then they throw in this perfect soundtrack. Almost doesn’t get much better than this.

Can’t have an all-time favorite soundtrack list without The Preachers Wife on it! I do think Whitney Houston sings every song on the soundtrack. Having one of the best singers ever on one of the best soundtracks ever, is truly a gift from God! If I’m not mistaken, this is one of the best-selling soundtracks of all time. Whitney Houston’s’ acting skills were underrated. She had such an amazing speaking voice in addition to her phenomenal vocals.

Speaking of Whitney Houston, Waiting to Exhale is also another one of my all-time favorite soundtracks. My favorite song from the soundtrack is Shoop! I absolutely love that song. Movie is pretty good too!

Last but not least is Soul Food! I could listen to that soundtrack everyday all day. I like every song on album. Its such a great soulful album. It makes you smile, cry, and laugh when you listen to it.

As an honorable mention I will add Can’t Hardly Wait, Scream, and The Best Man soundtrack. What are some of your favorite soundtracks?
