Reasons I Smiled this Week, 6th Edition

Good morning beautiful humans, Happy Saturday! How was your week? Welcome to the 6th edition of Reasons I smiled this week.

Before I start I just want to say that life isn’t always easy. As a matter of fact sometimes its seems as if there are more ups than downs. I have things that happen to me that are sad, heartbreaking, unexpected, and tiring. However, I focus on the good things. I always try to remain positive. They say you get what you put out, so I try to put out positive vibes! God made me a positive happy person!

I got to hang out with my little sister Danielle. She is always so much fun. Last time we hung out, it was just at the house and we didn’t actually go out. So, it was fun to spend time with her even if it was just for a little while. She was tired so it was just for a couple of hours.

I finally got to see The Lion King. Great thing is, I saw it with my sister. When I watched this movie years ago for the first time, I didnt realize how dark this movie was. Seeing it as a live action movie was pretty interesting. Not a happy movie at all. Atleast with the animated version it was more colorful and had more laughs. I liked the movie. It was visually stunning but very dark.

My niece and nephew started school. Although I’m not there to see them get on and off the bus, it made me smile when I got the picture of their first day. They are such great kids and they look so much like Danielle and I. It’s like seeing us as kids again but this time I’m a boy, lol!

I had delicious fajitas and a really big glass of dos equis. I mean it was a really big glass, lol! As you can see by the look on my face, I was really happy with that beer. Apparently tacos, margaritas, and fajitas are my new favorite thing.

The old man was right by my side during one of my writing sessions. He hasn’t been feeling so great this week, so he’s been closer to me. I’ve been writing more than normal so he’s my inspiration to do better. In the future I will have books coming out. So, stay tuned!
