Well, all the independent women throw ya hands up at me! Now politely put them back down, lol! I’ve been independent most of my life and I have to say it’s very tiring and I’m exhausted! Saying I’m exhausted is an understatement. I’m bone tired and taking a week vacation every 6 months isn’t enough after working myself into the ground to pay all the bills just so I can say that I can is BULLSHIT!
Yes, its great to be able to pay for things myself but its tiring and its hard and after doing it for years by myself its exhausting. It would be nice to have help. What’s so wonderful about buying your own diamond ring? lol! I’m literally giving myself the side eye right now, hahaha. Yes, Its great having our own things and I stand by that. You should absolutely have your own money and be able to support yourself. However, after years of doing it on your own, its bullshit! Life is better when you have someone to share it with. When you have a partner to go through to difficult times with. To help someone take the load off.
