“Doing things that matter!”

Well, I’m getting older and taking care of myself is important. I mean it’s always important but especially as we start getting older. That’s why over the past few days I’ve written blogs about vitamins, health, etc. Today, I’m writing about working out. I actually don’t mind working out, I just prefer working out at home.

I also prefer things that make me feel like I’m actually working out, lol! Like walking, playing a sport, running around with my nieces and nephew’s, being at the park. This may make people hate me, but I’m naturally fit, so I don’t have to workout much. However, it doesn’t mean I don’t need to or want to.

I still need to eat healthy and watch what I put into my body. I take vitamins everyday, I drink more water, and I workout of course. Getting older is a blessing and we can’t take it for granted. These in-home workouts are actually pretty good. Your girl definitely isn’t going to the gym. Why pay for a membership I know I won’t use and waste money? No thank you. We can workout from home if it’s an option.
