Do I have a good life?

In 3 months I’ll be 42 years old and I find myself wondering doing I have a good life? Without hesitation the answer is yes! Now is my life where I want it be at this age? The answer to that is of course not, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have a good life.

When I was younger I always thought when I got this age I’d be married and have like 3 kids at this age. I also thought I’d have live in Atlanta in a big house with a yard and have some career as a business woman, lol! Clearly, the kids thing didn’t happen. However, the other things can still happen. I just have to sit down and figure out what direction I want my life to go in.

Although those other things have happened yet, I still have a good life! I have a long way to go but I do pretty good for myself. I can say I’m aging pretty well if nothing else, lol! That, I have MBA and I graduated with honors. I went to cosmetology school and I got my license. Successful blogger and writer. Poems have been published in national magazine. I think I’m doing okay and I’m only getting better! So, yes, I have a good life!
