Today is the last day of June, which is the last day of Migraine Awareness Month! As a person that suffers from horrendous migraines, I wanted to share some more information with you guys about migraines. I want you to understand that a migraine isn’t a normal headache. It absolutely isn’t and offering someone with a migraine over the counter medication doesn’t help!
If you don’t know anything about migraines I highly suggest doing a little research. It can go a very long way!
