Festival of the Holidays

Life with Lane

Good morning beautiful humans, happy Thursday! Only one more day of the work week, well, if you work Monday-Friday! Thank you for stopping by my blog. Come on in………

Hi there friends! You know I love Disney and on Tuesday of this week, I went to Epcot for the Festival of the Holidays! We had so much fun. It was a beautiful day but it was pretty chilly. However, we had alot of fun and left before the temperature dropped even more, lol!

In the picture above it looks like Mary Poppins photo bombed us, lol! However, because of social distancing we’re not allowed to stand within 6 feet of characters and so forth, so this is the best we got! I actually think it’s pretty neat! She was very lovely!

I went with my friends Tiffany and Matt. Yes, my friend Matt wore shorts in 55 degree weather. He doesn’t like to wear pants. Which is understandable because we live in Orlando but it was cold. We left before it got any colder. He was fine most of the day unless we were in the shade.

We had so much food and so many drinks. I mean let’s be honest, that’s why I went! I feel like the food and drinks were higher than normal but its probably because of the pandemic. Capacity is limited and the park is losing money so jacking up food and drink prices is expected I guess………

O Christmas Tree

The decorations were very beautiful. Being at Disney really does make you incredibly happy. Everyone is always so happy and in such a good mood. They really did a great job with the decorations. I was happy.

Isn’t she lovely? Who doesn’t love Mary Poppins? I looked over and saw her and said, “I have to take a picture with her!” I was so happy. Her accent was fantastic 💕

Peppermint wheel and black and white cookie!

I love cookies! However, that pinwheel cookie wasn’t very good. The peppermint was very overwhelming and I couldn’t taste anything else. It was pretty though, lol!

Thank you for reading my blog! Like, comment, subscribe. Have a wonderful blessed day and always be kind! Continue to practice social distancing, wash your hands, and don’t forget about your neighbor! #onelove
