Hi there friends! Finally the weather is cooler, yay! So, that means we can wear boots, sweatshirts, jeans, and a lite jacket. Its also the perfect time for hot tea while reading a book or sitting by a fireplace! Tea is actually really good for the body. Peppermint is actually my favorite. Well, it’s a close second to earl grey tea, lol! In Florida we don’t have a need for fireplaces other than vanity, lol! So, I’ll drink a cup while reading a book.

Let’s get healthy and safe

I attached this awesome chart I found on Pinterest. Pinterest is like the best thing EVER! I add a little bit of lemon and honey to my tea. Makes it taste even better. Usually works better though when you drink tea with cucumber though. I really do think tea is good for the soul! It’s so smooth going down and it just relaxes the body. I think I’ll have some now, lol! I hope this helps.
