I struggle with being tired all the time and it can be quite difficult and annoying. So, I am always looking up ways to have more energy and learning of things to boost my energy. Most of the time I’m unsuccessful but I have learned that exercise, sleep, and drinking more water actually help. I wanted to share this list I found on Pinterest because these things work.
