Well, aging is apart of life and if we’re lucky, we get to live to be old. There’s a sign at my job that reads, “Embrace getting older, many people were not blessed with the luxury!” That has stuck in my head since I saw it.
As we get older, our bodies change and we need certain things to keep us healthy and stay in shape. This chart will only work for me for another year, lol! However, I wanted to share it with you guys. I just recently started taking vitamins. I will keep you guys posted on how they work for me.
