Having anxiety simply just sucks. I think its something that alot of us suffer from. It’s no fun at all and it can be very overwhelming. I found these amazing coping skills on Pinterest so I wanted to share them with you guys.

I used to have horrible anxiety, had to take meds to control it but over the years I’ve learned to manage it in my own and hardly have to result to the meds.
