Good morning beautiful humans, happy Tuesday! I hope your morning is going lovely so far and yes I know its only 815am, lol! Guess what though? You woke up and that’s always a reason to smile and be glad. Thanks for stopping by my blog, come on in…….

Life with Lane
I’m in quarantine mode, so no makeup, no lipgloss, no ponytail, and even no glasses. However, I had to have my hoops, they’re essential!
I wasn’t going to put out a blog today but quarantine life had me thinking and therefore here goes. For those of us stuck at home we have alot of free time, like alot of free time. Which allows us to do the things we’re constantly saying we don’t have time for. This free time also gives us time to think, which can sometimes be a bad thing, lol!
I have a friend that’s always busy and never has time to hang out or do things. She’s in quarantine as well and although I don’t expect to hang out, I still haven’t gotten a phone call or text.
Am I upset? No, I am not. Why? Because now I know my place. It’s been put front and center. Does it hurt? Of course it does. When you realize a person doesn’t care for as much as you thought, it hurts your heart. Good thing, it does get better. Sometimes faster than you think.

When you know your place in someone’s life you act accordingly. Either you can get upset or remove yourself from the situation. Getting upset usually doesn’t change anything. People are who they are. You can try to put yourself in that’s person shoes to understand from their point of view.

At the end of the day people make time for the things they care about. Act accordingly my friends. Use the same energy for people as they use for you. No more trying to get in where you don’t fit in. When your presence is missed, they will come back. If not, let it go. If you decide to let them come back if they miss your presence remember how they made you feel. Will it be worth it? Your self worth, your self peace should always be your number one priority!
You matter! Thank you for reading my blog. Like, comment, subscribe! Have a wonderful blessed day and always be kind! Practice social distancing, wash your hands, and don’t forget about your neighbor! #onelove
