Superwoman of the week, part 2!

Although I look alot like her, that it not me pictured above, lol! That is my oldest sister KK. Isn’t she gorgeous? She is my superwoman of the week.

In honor of Women’s History Month, each week on Wednesday for this month, I’m honoring one special lady. This week, that honor goes to my incredible sister Karren, AKA, KK.

She’s always been the prettiest person in the room but she’s more than that. She’s a daughter, mother, sister, auntie, friend, reader, fighter, and so much more. She has all the good qualities a human should have. Most importantly she’s a lover of God.

It’s an honor to call her my sister, my big sister. She has such a good heart. One of the best hearts. She hasn’t always been dealt the best hand in life but when you come from the strongest women ever, you know how to make things work. She stepped up when the father of my niece took the high road. I don’t remember her complaining much. She did what real G’s do, she got shit done. She learned from the best.

The great thing about being a woman is that when times get tough, we get it done. She’s no exception. It’s hard being a woman but she handles it with grace. Not all the time but no ones perfect.

Women are built to handle almost anything. Maybe that is why we go through so much because God knows we can handle it. We might be the weaker sex physically but in no other way are we!

My sister is indeed a SUPERWOMAN! She makes me proud to be a woman. Proud to call her my big sister. I certainly do love her.

Lastly, we have alot in common. She’s just as much of a bookworm as I am. We both love football. She watches college football though and I don’t. I do watch the Iron bowl. We both love love shoes, especially high heels. When I was in my 20’s she used to send me an Easter Basket with my favorite movies at the time in it and tons of snickers. She’s the best! I’m indeed proud to call her my sister. Blessed is the person with a great family. God is good!
