I didn’t even know what turmeric was until like a year ago. I was introduced to it by my best friend Cassy. As a matter of fact, alot of the products i use are because of her. She’s the reason I put coconut oil and fresh aloe vera on my face. Oh, she also introduced me to Pinterest!
Anyway, back to turmeric. It’s a powder that is from the ginger family. It has great health benefits. I don’t use it as much as other products I’ve written about, however, it’s really good for you. As you know, when I learn about health things, I like to share it with you guys!
