Good morning beautiful humans, Happy Friday; we made it! Ugh, it’s that time of year again where people are getting sick left and right. A few weeks ago I posted some tips to help with the cold and flu season. Today, I wanted to share some natural tips for healing.

Since I’ve gotten older I try to use natural things for healing. I’ve taken so many pills over the years from cramps, migraines, and sinus problems. I feel like sometimes my body needs a break from them. So, I try to use natural products.
I’ve found that natural products do work just as good as pills except for when it comes to my migraines. I’ve literally found nothing natural that helps with those. If you have suggestions please feel free to let me know.

I grow rosemary every year and never once thought it had any use, other than a spice for food. Now that the central heat is on, I’ll be coughing my brains out! I’ll try to use the rosemary and see if it works. Thanks!
